SUGGESTED PROCESS (Rough Draft)
- Set year goal: # of wheelchair ramp builds and # of quick response projects
- Estimate budget, needs and timeline for each project
- Churches or groups of churches commit to a project – underwrite funding and most of labor
- ECEN publicizes the need to gain supporters and assigns projects
